Tea is a popular beverage for many people, and the choice of tea also changes with the seasons.
The only difference among the six major types of tea is black tea, which is a fully fermented tea. Brewing a cup of delicious black tea is not an easy task.
If you pour the brewed black tea into a cold teacup, it will greatly reduce the heat of the black tea and also decrease the aroma of the black tea.
So when brewing black tea, we need to use hot water to heat the teapot and teacup once, then pour out the water from the teacup after the black tea is brewed, and finally pour in the brewed black tea. At this point, the taste is optimal. Let's take a look at the basic skills needed to brew black tea.
Equipment: It is best to cover a bowl when brewing wild red.
Tea taking: Cover a 125ml bowl and use an electronic scale to take 5g of tea.
Boil water to moisten tea utensils, keep them clean, and increase the temperature of the lid bowl.
Open the bowl lid and gently toss 5 grams of wild black tea into the lid bowl with a tea spoon, then cover the bowl lid. Let it sit for about 5 seconds, slightly open the lid of the bowl, and lightly smell the tea aroma.
Choose the brewing method based on the aroma of dried wild black tea.
If you smell a burnt smell, first moisten the tea with cold water, pour out the moistened water directly, and then brew it directly with boiling water. If you smell the fragrance of flowers and fruits, simply use boiling water to brew and drink.
The first pot of boiling water should be brewed directly at a high speed, preferably with the tea swirling in the water. The first five bubbles quickly make soup. After soaking for 5 seconds, delay the soup making time by 3-5 seconds. Can brew 15-20 bubbles.
