Black tea belongs to fully fermented tea, with a mild nature. Zhengshan Xiaozhong, Jinjunmei, Qihong, and Dianhong are all representatives of domestic black tea, but each has its own unique background and flavor.
Science popularization: Jin Jun Mei belongs to the high-end branch of Zheng Shan Xiao Zhong, not an independent tea category. It was created in 2005 and only uses single buds of Tongmuguan vegetable tea as raw material.
Lapsang Souchong
Origin: Tongmu Pass, Mount Wuyi, Fujian
