Generally, drinking 1-2 cups of black tea per day (with a total volume not exceeding 400 milliliters) is sufficient. For people who are prone to getting angry, low roasted black tea varieties such as Dian Hong and Zhe Hong can be chosen.

Choose the right time

Avoid drinking black tea before bedtime to avoid affecting sleep. 10am-12am is considered the golden time for drinking black tea, as it can most invigorate the body and aid digestion. Avoid drinking black tea on an empty stomach to prevent irritation to the stomach and intestines. It is recommended to drink it after meals.

Control concentration

When brewing black tea, it is advisable to control the ratio of tea leaves to water at around 1:50. The brewing water temperature is generally between 85 ℃ and 95 ℃ to avoid high temperatures damaging the aroma. The first soaking time should be controlled within 10 seconds, and each subsequent soaking should increase by 5 seconds.
