When brewing black tea, choosing the right tea set is the first step to success. Different tea sets suit different occasions—selecting the right tool ensures purer aroma and more authentic taste. Beginners can simply follow this guide for direct selection.
Preferred: White Porcelain Covered Bowl
For beginners, the all-purpose tea set is the top choice! Made of white porcelain, it doesn't absorb tea aroma or cause flavor mixing, allowing the honey and floral notes of black tea to be fully showcased. Additionally, it dissipates heat quickly, preventing bitterness from oversteeping. The translucent texture of white porcelain also enables clear appreciation of the stunning golden-red, radiant tea liquor.

Daily essentials: glass cup/mug
A must-have for home and office, no complicated operations required—simple, convenient, and exceptionally attractive. Suitable for daily slow brewing or quick preparation. The only key point to note: strictly control the steeping time, avoid prolonged steeping to prevent a bitter tea infusion.
Not recommended: Purple clay teapot, paper cup
Zisha teapots have excessive breathability, which absorbs the strong aroma of black tea, resulting in a milder flavor and a dull, oppressive taste. Disposable paper cups carry inherent odors, diluting the tea's fragrance while compromising its pure taste, making them unsuitable for brewing black tea.
